We arrange the Trustee meetings, Annual General meetings as well as Special General meetings as required. Agendas and minutes of meetings are available on our scheme management platform which precludes members and trustees from requesting these from the managing agent.
The meetings are arranged and directed in specific reference to the Sectional Title Management Act 2011, (Act no 8 of 2011).
