We arrange the Trustee meetings, Annual General meetings as well as Special General meetings as required. Agendas and minutes of meetings are available on our scheme management platform which precludes members and trustees from requesting these from the managing agent.
The meetings are arranged and directed in specific reference to the Sectional Title Management Act 2011, (Act no 8 of 2011).

Exceptional attention to detail ensures that timeous and pro-active maintenance is implemented ensuring that maintenance costs do not spiral out of control. Annual budgeting for incidental maintenance coupled with a regulatory required 10-year plan and budget, ensures that special levies are kept to a minimum.

We offer regular inspections through our Roaming Estate Manager service which will help identify any shortcomings for pro-active planning and action.
Where indicated subject matter experts will be consulted to ensure that the actions taken comprehensively address the identified issue.
